zuback is great i mean unbeliveable but…..a lot of other guys like jamie sadlowski (2 time winner) is always fast and does’nt work out much at all I mean they can bunt it to 360 so can jason but he’s just not always fast he hits about 330 without really trying anyway good video. and for all of your other questions some players caqn get it up well beyond 220mph ball speed.
