Golf Spotlight: Fall 2008 Taylor Made Irons
Taylor Made introduces two new lines of irons this fall. First is the new Tour Preferred Iron; designed for the pros, but quite usable for quality players. Second are the Burner Plus Irons, who’s design whill produce results most high handicap players have never experienced.

Just got a set of 09 burner irons delivered yesterday! Love them, after just one round! Could not recommend them enough. I am a 17 handicapper and suit me perfectly got mine at a really good price on gimmugolf (dot) com after shopping around and even bartering at my local pro shop.

Have you heard anything about the Burner Plus and how they compare to the 09 Burners ?Also, what were you hitting before and what was your 6 iron distance?

just bought the burner plus irons. omg they rock. im around a 12 hdcpr. was hitting the 6 iron 215 straight almost every shot. tried out the new r9. HOLY CRAP saving for it. hit every drive over the 250 net. and straight, even when i hit off the toe. look into them both, highly recommended.
